Tessa Labrador Retriever & Shiba Inu Mix Linden, NJ

Tessa is a VERY friendly young adult female who is almost 2 years old. She is spayed and up to date on her shot and all ready for her new home.

She looks like a lab but has a curly tail so we think she might be part shiba inu. Tessa has a beautiful, soft, fawn colored coat and weighs about 45 lbs. She loves belly rubs and giving kisses.

Tessa enjoys playtime in the shelter playground and plays well with all the other dogs at the shelter and everywhere she goes. She has been to several adoption events and has always been the most popular girl there! We cant understand why Tessa has not been adopted! She would do well in a home with another dog of similar energy.

We know Tessa will make a great addition to a family with previous dog experience. She is eager to please and knows her basic commands. If you enrolled her in an agility class she would be a star. She loves fetching tennis balls and squeaky toys.
