Avery Siberian Husky Toronto, ON

Hi! I'm Avery! These kind people at T.E.A.M. Dog Rescue rescued me and my friend, Brandy, from a Montreal Kill Shelter where we ended up through no fault of our own! I am smaller in size and weight than my sister but we look very similar and people always stop our foster momma to remark on how beautiful we are!

I am a 3 year old, spayed, Siberian Husky and I am a sweet, submissive girl who loves people! I grew up outside so I am still learning what it is like inside with a family and I love it!!!!  I am a quick learner and am almost fully housebroken! I am good in the house otherwise and will not chew anything as I really like being inside where it is warm and cozy! If I am left alone, I prefer not to be crated but you can leave me a room and I will be a good girl J I am GREAT with dogs but truth be told, cats and other small animals  should definitely stay away from me as I am a husky after all and I think they could be tasty! I have boundless energy and would do very well in an active home where I can get lots of exercise!  I also need a patient owner who will learn to understand me and teach me how to walk well on leash!

I love my humans and the kind folks at T.E.A.M. Dog Rescue say that I would be just fine being adopted on my own and I agree! Are you the one for me?
