Viola was brought to the shelter on October 2nd, 2012. She is a shy and quiet eight-year-old spayed female with beautiful orange eyes; she is a calico, but could be considered a ‘black calico,’ since the black in her fur is a dominating color, rather than white. Viola is very cautious and has a tentative meow, but she loves being petted; you can tell by how much she purrs! She is pretty independent, having been out on her own for so long, but she really needs someone loving and patient to bring out the best in her. Viola is unbelievably sweet and has great potential to be a really wonderful companion. Quick movements make her nervous, so she would like an owner that will move slowly and give her time to build up trust. More than anything, Viola wants to feels safe and loved! The sweetheart of a feline would love to have a forever home; adopting Viola means you will build a forever friendship with this fantastic gal!
