FOSTER UPDATE:

Meet Bear!  He has eyes that are so gorgeous with eye liner it's ridiculous!

Bear is doing great. He is so smart and has learned sit, paw.  He is great on a leash, and he does well with all other dogs. He loves to just cuddle up with you at night and always sleeps right by my daughter. He's been doing very well. We cannot understand why not anyone has scooped up this great guy!!

PRIOR BIO:  This really fantastic dog is a 1-2 year old Red Heeler mix (cattle dog) who came to New England from Missouri - he's currently fostering in Marshfield MA with a great family and one Aussie male- he is great with other dogs....loves loves playing.

Cattle dogs are notoriously smart and ambitious - the like having jobs - this is not a couch potato by any stretch of the imagination. He is well behaved in the house. Just a "wholesome great dog" per his foster.True to the heeler way, he does have some herding dog instincts, so we are saying no kitties or small children for him. Older children will be just fine and he loves them!!!

Please consider giving Bear a loving home he so deserves.

Happy to put you in touch with the foster family at any time!

Donation: $450.00 (includes $140.00 transport fee paid directly to USDA approved transport company where applicable)

Please complete an online application – we respond to applications MUCH QUICKER than we do email inquiries which are quite difficult at times given the number that we receive – don’t miss out on this dog – complete an application -http://www.pawsnewengland.com/adoption-form/
