Papa Bear was surrendered by his owner and not a moment to soon. He is a Rott/Shep mix and weighs 53 lbs. He is severely underweight, was loaded with fleas and is missing teeth. It is hard to tell how old he is because of this. He is shy in his kennel, but once we got him outside, he was much better. He is a sweet guy with manners. He needs a loving home where he will be taken care of, gain his weight back, and most of all, be loved. Are you that person? Please come and meet Papa Bear.
