Meet Vanilla

Parson's Russell Terriers are brave, agile, patient hunters. They were originally bred to hunt foxes and racoons. These characteristics have been modified so that they have become devoted companion animals. I am a very intelligent, high energy dog that needs activity in my life. My obedience skills are good and I am very willing to learn more. I am a lot of dog in a small package. I would not be the best selection for small children. I am working on my resource guarding. Raw-hides can be a high drive treat for me. I do not want to share them! The folks at the shelter are teaching me to swap one raw-hide for another. I am enjoying this new game. Once you learn the game, we will have fun learning to share together. I have been micro-chipped and spayed.

PS My desire to share has increased dramatically. People are much more fun than raw-hides. Mature kids that understand my challenges would be great.
