Meet Frances

We feel sorry for poor, ole Frances, who should be spending his final years hanging out with his humans, rather than sitting in a kennel with a bunch of high energy dogs. The vet thinks Frances is 8 years old and a German Shepherd mix. He is lumpy and a tad bit stiff but a healthy guy who loves walks and love. Frances came to us as a neutered impound, and he obviously was someone’s house pet. Frances gets along well with the other dogs, is great with people of all ages, and is a gentle guy just looking for a home that will hang out with him and give him love. A board member couldn’t stand to see Frances in the kennels any more so she has been fostering him. He gets along fine with her two younger, high energy dogs, multiple cats, and young kids who like to directly involve Frances in the center of their play time, so he is often wrapped in blankets, surrounded by toys or dressed up.
