Approximate Age: 8 weeks old as of  9/10/12


Approximate Weight:  4 pounds

Currently Living at a SHELTER. Ava is living in a shelter but needs safe, loving home and she needs a FOSTER HOME until a permanent home is found. 

Meet sweet little Ava! She is a darling little pup who will make a wonderful companion for you. She is an all white and very cute Doxie mix. Look at those Doxie ears! Ava is a sweet little girl who will need a kind and loving family to help her grow into a happy dog. Since she is a Doxie, she will be great for a family who lives in an apartment or condo.

Ava will be a wonderful little companion who will love to play and take walks with you. She wouldn't mind a ride in your backpack or purse, either. And don't forget chasing squirrels since that's a Doxie's favorite thing. After those big walks, she will cuddle on the sofa with you and go fast asleep. What could be better than having this sweet little dog curled up next to you? 

Like most puppies, Ava will need to work on her housetraining. She will also need some lessons in obedience so she can grow into a well-socialized dog who will be a great friend and companion for you.
