Snuffy was found as a stray and was brought to the shelter by local animal control. He is super sweet and friendly!! He has a lot of "eye boogies" and barely any teeth in his mouth, but he is still one happy camper. He is such a sweet older dog, and deserves the best in the world. Snuffles also LOVES to go for walks and be outside. He is also just fine with hanging out and receiving tons of affection and attention. Snuffy is not stingy on kisses either and loves tummy rubs. He does know how to sit, but he likes it when you have a special treat in order for him to do so.

This senior deserves a somewhere to call his home. Adopting a senior pet can be one of the most rewarding experiences in your life.

His adoption fee is $65 and includes a dog license, all vaccines (rabies, distemper, bortadella) and heartworm test.  His adoptin fee is payable by cash or check to the Portage Dog Warden.  The Shelter is open Christmas Eve and closed on all major holidays.  Normal Shelter hours are 9 am - 4 pm. Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9 am - 12 pm.  Please bring all your human and fur-family members to do a meet and greet with our adorable adoptables to make sure its a great match for all.
