Bambi [teacup] Chihuahua Fresno, CA

The shelter is no place for a little 3-lb love bug like Bambi. She was in an overcrowded kennel for two weeks, frightened and hungry, and we just couldn't leave the shelter without her. She's so happy now that she's in a clean, quiet, and comfortable home where she can eat all the puppy food she wants. :)


Bambi is about 12 months old, and is a total sweetheart! She gets along great with the other dogs and would love to have another little doggy to play with; she does fine with the bigger dogs too, but then compared to her ALL dogs are big. :) She's also great with the cats -- she just sniffs them and then goes on her way. But her very favorite thing in the whole world is to be curled up on your lap, and she is just the perfect size for that! Bambi is a cuddle bug who doesn't take up much room in your house, but she will fill your heart to overflowing with love.

Bambi, like all of our dogs, has been spayed, vet checked, microchipped, de-wormed, de-flea'd, and is current on vaccinations. She will be sent to her new home with a new collar, leash, ID tag, and food. And here's the best part -- chihuahuas can be adopted for half price :)
