Meet our friend. Orkid. She is a wonderful dog, loving and playful. Orkid loves children and is very patient with them. Don’t let her age fool you, she is an active senior that would love a walk, a game of fetch or any other activty you could dream up for her. Orkid is smart and currently in obedience training (yes, you can teach an old(er) dog new tricks as Orkid is eagerly learning sit, down, stand, stay, come, leash manners and everything else that makes a well-behaved pooch).


Orkid is crate trained, has all her vaccinations, is microchipped and is just waiting for a family that will open their heart and home to a loving, senior dog.

You must be 21 years of age

All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information)

We do not place female boxers with other female dogs

 Attendance at a professionally run obedience course is a requirement of adoption!

We do not adopt out dogs as gifts
