HISTORY: PETTIPAWS, aka Ms. Einstein, was rescued by one of our volunteers, who found her cold, hungry and badly injured, probably from a fan belt. She was taken in for surgery and now she's recuperated fully. PETTIPAWS previously found a home through F&F, but her family can no longer keep her so she is looking for a new forever home.
TEMPERAMENT: PETTIPAWS is very social and thinks everything and everyone is for her entertainment. She loves to supervise human activities and is fascinated by printers, the dishwasher, vacuum cleaners, etc. She will sit on your lap and follow the cursor on your computer. You-Tube clips of other animals are highly amusing to her. PETTIPAWS would prefer to be an only adult cat, but seems to accept kittens after a few days as long as she can be the “top cat”. You-Tube clips of other animals are highly amusing to her. PETTIPAWS would prefer to be an only adult cat, but seems to accept kittens after a few days as long as she can be the “top cat”. She was originally fostered with a large gentle dog, so would probably adapt to another one who is cat-friendly. Since she can play a little rough, PETTIPAWS probably shouldn’t be placed in a home with small children and would do well with someone who can continue her house etiquette training as toilet paper is still not safe if left on the holder. She is a beautiful girl with a short black coat and white feet, chest and mustache.
