Ruffles and Lilybelle are brother and sister. They were trapped in Quakertown in August of 2011. They were about four months old and extremely scared. They may not have had any contact with people before they were trapped. They still are a little cautious. They are beautiful, classic Tuxes.

Their foster mom took them and has had them since. They are like Yin and Yang or Salt and Pepper. One has a strength that the other does not but complement each other’s personality.  These two both love each other, other cats and dogs and kittens and would fit into any home situation. They both love to look out windows together where they look like bookends. They are both chow cats and come running into the kitchen when it’s time for their wet food.

Lilybelle is more outgoing. She likes to nap on her foster mom’s bed, get brushed, (especially under her chin ) and purrs easily but is terrified of being...

She loves to run around the house playing. Lily likes being petted if she is approached slowly.

Ruffles is named for the line that goes down his nose. He is extremely shy. During the day Ruffles will stay behind a couch and watch the day’s activities. At night, when his foster mom shakes the treat bag, he will come and sit by her. He eats the treats and enjoys being petted and sometimes rolls over to show his tummy. He then gets brushed which he also enjoys. Then he enjoys playing with a cat teaser! 

These two need a loving home where someone can appreciate their qualities. They would not do well in a home with small children. They are both very sweet, gentle cats with no litterbox issues. Lilybelle and Ruffles are only about a year old and have a lot to give for the right person or family! Like what you see?
