Meet Baxter

This sweet and adorable guy has so much potential. He came to us in rough shape, but will be so handsome once he is groomed and puts on some pounds. Baxter was surrendered to an outlying animal control facility by his former owner. He was underweight and his coat was matted and he was flea infested. Baxter also has an eye defect called cherry eye that has been surgically repaired, thanks to Dr. Whittle at Paces Ferry Veterinary Clinic.
