Ava, formerly known as Layla, was adopted recently from the Cleburne shelter. She has blossomed into a wonderful pet. She is active, loves people, has great manners. Unfortunately, Ava likes chickens too much. Ava's adopter raises chickens on his land and Ava didn’t want to leave them alone - that can be dangerous for the chickens and not much fun for the folks who adopted her. So... we were asked to take Ava and make her a DLT dog. This lovely lady has a lot of wonderful qualities and deserves a furever home to live out her retirement years in!
