LULU'S SAYS MEET CALEB, our 4-month-old Australian Shepherd mix. Caleb’s foster mom tells us that he’s a superstar pup in training. He knows “sit” and “fetch” and is very responsive to treats, so he loves to learn. Caleb has a vision disability, but this certainly isn't holding him back from training. If you are willing to help him, he is more than willing to learn. He's very smart and we don't feel his slight disability will keep him from growing up into a wonderful companion dog! His foster mom also says he has the perfect combination of go-go energy with a cuddle-time off-switch. Caleb isn’t mouthy so he’d be fine with kids. He loves other dogs and is also good with the kitties. In the first night at his foster home, he gave a sniff and kiss to a few inquisitive cats. In general he ignores them completely.
