Meet Duke, the Fifth-doesn't that sound elegant!! And indeed he is with a very sleek coat, strong body, handsome face and attentive and inquisitive personality. Duke is, more than anything, a lover! He is one guy who wants nothing more than to be smooched, loved and told he's the most amazing boy ever....and he is!!! Duke came into GREAT Rescue recently when one of our local animal shelters told us about this handsome fellow. They said he's was quite the looker....which he is.....and also a sweet gentle boy.....right again! So, without hesitation, Duke V became a GREAT Golden Boy. We believe he is a Golden mix and about two years old. He is neutered, current on vaccinations and about to begin heartworm treatment. We know Duke is a very gentle, loving and kind boy. He appears to have had some training but little love in his short life. He craves having people touch and love on him and tries to be friends with other dogs but he becomes so excited that they are a little apprehensive around him. He's excellent in the house, does well with children and is a very sensitive and loving Golden boy.
