Jordy - DFW Italian Greyhound Argyle, TX

Meet Mr. Jordy! Jordy is a healthy, eleven years young. This guy is very social and friendly. We don’t think he has ever met a stranger! Jordy loves to snuggle under his blankie in his crate or with his person in a chair. While he has slept in his human’s bed in the past, Jordy will also sleep in his crate at night without a complaint. Jordy not only like people, he also likes the dogs and cat in his foster home. He easily found his place in the pack as he is neither dominant or excessively submissive.

Jordy would fit easily into most families. He is not, however, a good fit for anyone living in an apartment for two reasons. The first is that he will not take care of all of his business while on a leash. The second is that he can be loud when left in his crate or another room when his people are still in the house. We are working on this issue but doubt that a complete behavior change is possible.

Jordy is housetrained, crate trained, up to date on his vaccinations AND has nice clean teeth after his recent dental cleaning. Please consider giving this sweet gentleman a home. Jordy is a great dog!
