Did You Adopt Chipper?

Meet Chipper

Chipper got his name because he reminds us of Chocolate Chip ice cream and he is, well, chipper! Despite apparently being left behind after a roping event at the Lander rodeo grounds, then impounded, he was happy to go for a ride in the car and into the Pet Connection kennels. Based on a DNA test on a former LPC alum, we think Chipper is a Jindo, a hunting dog originally found in South Korea that is often a working dog, but a mix, perhaps with a tiny bit of American Bulldog thrown in. Chipper is roughly two years old, weighing 51 pounds at his physical. He loves to be pet, walks well on a leash, and knows how to sit. Chipper has had his tail bobbed and will be neutered by LPC prior to adoption. Chipper gets along well with other dogs, is interested in cats but in a non-snacking way and he is great with kids. Chipper is up to date in his vaccinations and his adoption fee is $85.
