Zeus (Mr. Squishyface) Pit Bull Terrier Brookings, SD

Zeus is a DOLL! He is about 9-10 mo old. He has lots of energy but hasn't been taught a lot of manners - But he is SO eager to please! Because he is a big puppy with more energy than manners, we do not suggest a home with small children - he will knock them over. So much love in a squishy extra large lap dog!




Unlike our cats, our dogs do not stay at the shelter full time. They are kept in foster homes, but come in on Saturdays from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Arrangements can be made to have specific dogs brought in during the week- just give us a call or email to set up a meeting time.




Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $115.00 + tax. Our small dog adoption fee is generally $145.00 + tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.




You also have the option to microchip your new dog/puppy for only $20. Brookings city pet licenses are also available for purchase for those living in Brookings, SD.




Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. We sell leashes for $3 each. Please either bring your own leash in to take home your new family member, or plan to purchase one of ours. Thanks!
