Hello my name is Annie. I am a special girl that is in need of a special person in my life as I am very shy and distrustful of people I don't know. When I first meet people, my cautious Shar Pei side comes out and I may growl or bark if people approach me too fast, but once I know and trust you, (which takes about one day) my loving, playful Lab side comes out and I want to be your best friend! I need a special owner that is willing to work with me. I need an owner that is a leader, and can show me the way.I would love a stay at home type person as I am not much into dog parks. Someone to play in our own yard together. I am good with other dogs and even cats. I was a stray that was picked up by the dog warden. It took me a very long time to adjust to that, but I eventually did, so I have great potential. I take to training well and am eager to please. I would love a fenced yard. Inside I am calm and sweet.
