Nugget Chihuahua & Beagle Mix Plain City, OH

Meet Nugget! He is a 3-yr-old Chihuahua/Beagle mix pulled from a high-kill shelter in Perry County. He is a calm, loving boy who adores children. He is crate-trained and housebroken. He does need a fully-enclosed fenced yard as he does tend to wander off and explore (that beagle nose gets him into trouble; it is how he lost his previous home). He is good with dogs and cats (according to the shelter).


Here is what his foster family has to say about him,  "He LOVES to spend time with people; in fact, he will follow them from room to room. :) As you can see from the pictures, he also likes squeaky toys (note the blurry, wagging tail) and napping. Nugget is crate trained and completely housebroken. He would be so happy to find a forever home!"
