Pick me!!! Shetland Sheepdog / Sheltie & Collie Mix Afton, TN

"Cloverton", is a mix for sure but with his small structure and bone size, we're sure he's a Shelti mix. He is a CUTIE, that's certain. He is marked and looks very much like a FOX. In fact, to better socialize him I took him to "Lowes" flower shopping and someone stopped me to as if he was a fox! He has that same fox tail and coloration. He is a happy little guy that is very curious and anxious to be with people. He is pretty hard to resist as he tilts his head from side to side with ears perked up as you talk to him as if he totally understands and is a part of the conversation!! Sadly, Cloverton was dumped at a high kill Animal control facility where he was eating his last meal when one of our foster homes went there to pick out a dog to foster. It was definitely a blessing! He has now been neutered, heartworm tested and brought up to date on his vaccinations. He is on heartworm preventative. He has learned to lead on a leash, crate trained and knows to sit for his treats :) He has learned to get along with his feline friends as well! There are 4 kittens being fostered in this home and he has accepted them as his friends. His adoption fee is $200.00 Please read below:
"Cloverton" is being fostered in East Tennessee. He is being socialized with other dogs and a few horses! We recommend All Paws Transport to bring Cloverton to the New England States upon adoption. They charge $125.00 for the transport and arrive each Saturday afternoon in Nashua, New Hampshire and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He will be examined by a Vet before leaving our rescue in Greeneville, Tennessee and have his Certificate of Health. He will be wearing a new collar with his microchip and rabies tag. All of his paperwork for his vetting will be with him. We are a 5013-c Rescue and have references. We have our State Charter and have been inspected by our County Commission and Animal Control.
