DOG BIOGRAPHY: Presenting Niko, a sweet salt 'n pepper kid with a handsome, classic Schnauzer look. This young man comes to us from a local city shelter and appears to be the picture of puppy health at the age of 1 year and with a youthful physique of 15 pounds.  Niko is everything a youngster is expected to be - friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and excited to be alive! But while many young pups can be destructive and lack basic training skills, this is not the case with Niko. He is housebroken, crate-trained, doggy-door trained and does not appear to chew. He does, however, intensely enjoy being the center of attention and would prefer a playmate that can keep up with his non-stop action. If you truly enjoy the excitement and challenges of raising a high energy pup, described by his foster mom as "sweet, funny, cheerful.and always busy," check out this boy!
