Meet Duke (Issaac)

Duke has been with us a while and qualifies for the Please Love Me Program, we will waive his adoption fee to an approved home.

He is an adult male, approximately 2 years old. Good with other dogs. Good with kids, not sure on cats. He can be leery of new people at first when he meets them in a stressed environment like Petsmart.

In order to qualify for the reduced and waived adoption fee, you must mention the 'Please Love Me' program next to the name in the application form. Tails of Hope's mission is to save as many death row doggies as we can from kill shelters and place them into forever loving homes. In order for us to be effective we have to minimize the number of dogs that become lifers at our rescue, because each space that they take up prevents us from rescuing countless others. Because of this, many of our dogs that have been with us for over six months, we will reduce or waive their adoption fees. This is for two reasons. First and foremost it is in the best interest of the doggies, they deserve more than we can give them. And secondly, for all of those doggies that we want to be able to save from our partner shelter's euth list. All of these dogs are fully vetted and available to approved homes. Please fill out an application at www.tailsofhope.us if you would like to adopt any of our pets.

You can like us on facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Tails-Of-Hope/236194286417406 and you can fill out an application at http://members.petfinder.com/~OH907/OH907_app.html
This sweet dog was rescued from Estill County Animal Shelter in Ravenna Kentucky. They work very hard with rescues to try to minimize the number that have to go to 'surgery' each week. We will tell you more about them once we learn their personality.
Please fill out an application if you're interested in any of them. The adoption fee is $150 and includes all shots and alter. As with all of our dogs and puppies, we do our best to determine breed and size when grown, using vet and shelter input. ...but we can not guarantee breed, size or weight when grown.
