Meet Ophelia (remarkable recovery)

Ophelia was found at the end of an alley curled up in a ball. The person who found her thought she may have passed away but, luckily, chose to check. She could barely lift her head but managed to cry to him for help. Just once was all she could manage. She hadn't had anything to eat or drink for days and was almost fatally dehydrated. With water to drink and administered fluids, she perked right up and is much happier. Ophelia is a lovely little older girl who needs a home committed to keeping her safe! And inside!
