Meet Nadia **Featured Dog**
Nadia aka Nadster is such a SWEET girl who hasn't had the best life. She is a pure bred Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) and is 2-3 years old. Originally picked up as a stray dog and terrified of everyone, she was lucky enough to find herself in the hand of a few shelter employees who worked to make her adoptable. She was quickly adopted out into a home with a young couple who wasn't prepared for a puppy and quickly returned her. She was adopted again, this time for a year. Not long ago, Nadia ended back up at the shelter. This time she wasn't so lucky. No owner came looking for her.
Through no fault of her own, Nadia's owner could not come for her, and she found herself back in a pound. Luckily, she was bailed out again and this time we will make sure the home is for good. Nadia WAS housebroken and crate trained however she is back in boarding, meaning she will need a refresher in her new home.
She is good with men women and children, knows sit down and stay.
Nadia is not good with other dogs. She is actually terrified of them and does not know how to handle another dog she does not know. She is also not good with cats. Nadia could potentially be adopted into a home with another dog only if the family is willing to work with us and a trainer to properly introduce her into the home.
Nadia's adoption fee is $200. She is spayed, microchipped, UTD on shots, HW neg, has had basic hip screening, and has no health problems at the current time.
