Annelle is a sweet, gentle, happy beagle mix who is about 3 years old and weighs 17 lbs. She loves her canine companions, especially since they give her the confidence she needs and help show her the ropes.  Annelle doesn't even notice her feline friends, so she'd do just fine living with them.


Annelle is adjusting so well in her new foster home. Like any shelter dog, she is still getting used to life in a home with a toddler who is anything but quiet and gentle, but she loves being around her family and canine big brother.  She really enjoys her walks, there are just so many scents in the neighborhood!!  Her foster mom has been working hard on leash training, and Annelle has made such progress with paying attention to her mom's commands.  There haven't been any issues with her housetraining since her arrival. 

Annelle is very food motivated, which makes her easy to train and eager to please.  She really is a very happy, sweet dog who is anxious to find a forever home and with each day that passes, she gets more comfortable and relaxed in her temporary home. Her foster even reports that when she is really excited, she snorts! And, when she's sleeping she often snores. How adorable is that??

Like most shelter dogs, Annelle may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
