Joey has come a long way in his foster home in the last few years. He is a lovely, faithful dog. Joey does well with other dogs of a similar size or larger. He loves to run and would be a fabulous jogging partner. Joey is enjoys being outside playing chase with the other herding dogs in his foster home. But his indoor manners have also been nicely taught, he knows how to wait at the door for his feet to be wiped, and where he belongs when invited in. He often accompanies his foster person to the office and knows how to lay calmly on his bed until offered a chance to go out for a walk. Initially, timid of new people, the office has given him the chance to meet and greet many new people and has helped his confidence considerably. Joey is a very NICE dog with lots of potential!
