Meet Monkey

Can you believe that I have been at the shelter since February 2012?! I am not the youngest or cutest cat, but that does not mean I do not deserve a home of my own. I do not make a great first impression, but I am affectionate and talkative once I get to know you. One of my favourite things is catnip, and I like to play with the laser light and feathery toys. I also love food - a little too much - so I need a low-calorie diet. To help control my food portions, I am currently alone in a dog kennel. I do not mind it there because I prefer being without other cats, but I would be much happier in a real home.
