Percy American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Ulster, PA

POW update 10-8-13: Percy is a handsome adult neutered male American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He is a happy, bouncy boy who loves people of all ages. Percy is playful and full of energy. He likes to run around and play with most dogs, but there are some dogs that he does not get along with. Percy is excellent on a leash and knows sit and heel. He will wear a dog backpack so he can carry his own water and yours on hikes. He is learning dryland mushing. Percy keeps his cage clean during the day and learns quickly, so house training should not take long. Percy arrived at BCHS 1.5 years ago and has been waiting patiently for a real home. Please help us find him a family to love.

Percy is a happy and bouncy young adult male Am Staff mix. He is playful and full of energy and likes people. Percy is a diamond in the rough - he is smart and with some training he will make an excellent companion. He need a home with no dogs, cats, or small children. He is medium to large in size. Posted 3-5-12. POW update 4-16-12. Update 8-3-12: Percy has been neutered! Update 9-22-12: Percy is a happy, loving, playful boy. He is an outgoing dog who likes everyone. He is close to being house trained - it would not take much to make him reliably trained. Percy has calmed down a lot since being neutered. Update 5-12-113: Percy has been working with our trainer and he now knows sit and heel and will carry a back pack. He is learning dry land mushing.
