Roscoe Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Mix Shippensburg, PA

Roscoe is a very active little boy. He needs a home with either a large yard to play in or an active family that can take him on long walks or hikes. Roscoe was born on 11/24/11, so he is still very young. He would make a wonderful addition to any family. He has beautiful markings and a bob tail. He was recently returned from his original adopter because the neighbors were supposedly complaining about his barking. However, we learned that Rosco was being kept mostly outside, apart from the family he was supposed to be a part of. He is a very neat dog who has not exhibited any nuisance barking since his return so we feel he was simply trying to get someone's...anyone's attention.
