Meet Celia
Celia is more than meets the eye. She is reserved at first, but give this girl time and consideration and she blossoms. Celia is a strong, determined-to-sniff adult female hound mix. She's sweet with people, but would be best in a home without other dogs. She will need daily exercise and she would make the BEST hiking buddy!
