We don't know for sure what breeds are in Radar's mix, we are just guessing based on the way he looks. His body, coloring and coat look like a black and tan Cavalier but his face looks more like a long-haired doxie. Since we have no idea what breeds his mommy and daddy are, this is our best guess. One thing I will say -- having had several purebred Cavaliers -- is that Radar definitely has the happy-go-lucky, sweet natured personality and temperament of your typical Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Ideally, a home with a fenced in yard would be best for Radar, he loves to go for walks and walks fairly well on a leash but is more comfortable doing "his business" when he is off leash in a safely fenced in area. He is perfectly crate trained but will need a bit more work on his house training, he is making good progress with that in his foster home.

Radar is fairly energetic so a family that is active and likes to go for walks, play fetch or enjoys other outoor activities would be great. After play is done, Radar also enjoys hanging out on the couch and chewing on a nice bone.
