Mary Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler & Corgi Mix Plain City, OH

Introducing...Mary! Mary is a Blue Heeler Cattle dog mix who came to us from Highland County. She is about 3 and half years old and weighs 40 lbs. She takes some time warming up to people, especially men, but she is adjusting beautifully to life in a foster home and is learning to trust. If there is a man in the family, he'd have to be a little patient with her while she learns that he is trustworthy. She now warms up much quicker to new people, but barks before people enter the house so she would make a great guard dog! She loves to run and play in the yard and loves NOTHING more than a good belly rub. She would do best in a home where she has at least one doggie companion (whose energy level matches hers) to boost her confidence. An adult's only household would be great for Mary as children tend to make her nervous. She does wonderful in a crate, is housebroken, and does amazing living with her foster cats. Please consider opening your heart and your home to Mary.


Mary's adoption fee is $175 and covers the cost of her spay, vaccines, preventative medications, microchip and 30 day free trial pet insurance.
