Meet Sherman RIP
Sherman is to be put down afternoon of 4/11. If any last minute people want him, call the Pound asap as we won't be online. He has been there for 3 1/2 months with no offers. The Pound is beyond full so longtimers must die to make room.
,p>Sherman was picked up as a stray on 1-30-12. He looks like he's 3-5 years old and getting along great with Andy in pen 6. His big brown eyes will get you at hello. He is always happy to see the visitors from STAR. Sherman probably weighs 60# and is due to be put to sleep any day now.
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AFTER 5 DAY HOLD.
Dogs in the Rowan County K-9 Shelter receive their first dhppl vaccination (parvo/distemper) upon arrival at the pound. Rabies vaccine and spay/neuter surgery can be done for the $50 adoption fee. Please note rabies vaccine and surgeries are NOT done on site and dogs must be adopted before they receive rabies vaccine or surgery.
