Meet Tess

Tess is such a playful, loving, and sometimes even onery, little girl, that you'd never know what a tough life she had before she was rescued. We helped local animal control save Tessie's life after she had a run in with a car's fan belt. One rear leg was injured, she had lots of abrasions on her belly, and her tail was badly broken. The tail is gone now, but the leg has healed nicely. She was up and playing with toys 2 days after we picked her up from the vet, and she hasn't stopped enjoying life since. She's affectionate, talkative, and very playful. All she needs to complete her recovery is her own forever home.
