Meet Roxanne. Roxanne and her brother Rocky were found in Lawrence Harbor. Rocky has already been adopted and Roxanne is anxiously awaiting her turn at a good home. Roxanne is approximately 5 months old as of March 2012. She is a real sweetheart with a wonderful personality. She is very friendly and affectionate and loves to play.
