What can i say............ugh, here we go again. Sammy and Susie were dumped at our local animal control by their previous owner. They are brother and sister that came to their previous home as puppies and lived there for 9 years!! The owners just did not want to rake care of them any more, loaded them up and took them to animal control, that pretty much kills everything that walks through the door. How can people do that!! As some of you know we have a special place for seniors here at the farm and lucky for Sammy and Susie, my rescue partner had business at the shelter that day and loaded them up and brought them home.........They are very very bonded and must be adopted together (it's a long shot we know). The previous owner said their mom was a beagle and their daddy was a shepherd, they kind of have beagle faces. They are both very well behaved inside and out. They are inside dogs and pretty much just want to go outside to do their business. They are 9 years old, and seem to be in great health, no joint or pain issues etc. They were shy and scared at first, but can you blame them, after being ripped from the only home they ever knew. So i expect it would take them a week or two to adjust to their forever home. They are good with other dogs, good with children and really just all around super sweet, very loving dogs. They are fully vetted, spayed and neutered and they have al their shots etc. Their adoption fee is $100. If you are interested please tell us about yourself and your household. Thanks.
