THIS IS HENRY....an adorable, 12 lb, white, 18 month Poodle/Bichon Frise. This sweet little guy was found by one of our volunteers after he was dumped in Downtown Los Angeles. We probably should have named him Lucky as he was running around a very busy street and nearly missed being hit by a car! Like we say so often, we can't understand how anyone could just abandon their animals...but after trying to find Henry's guardians, it was clear that he had been left behind. Despite being an orphan, he's truly one of the most friendly and loving pups, who loves to go for walks and couldn't live without his belly rubs. He's also a bundle of energy and would work best in a home where someone enjoys cuddling AND regular playtime outside.... because when he's ready to play, there is no stopping him. Henry would be best in a home without kids, but another dog would be great as he is friendly and loves canines. He's ok alone for a short time, but because he still has puppy tendencies (chews up things, lots of energy) he should be supervised. His potty training is pretty good....as he will tell you when he wants to go outside....but no guarantees. One thing we can guarantee you is that once Henry knows, you, he will give you bundles and bundles of love and kisses. Are you his best forever friend?

Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

First Sunday of the month, we hold our adoption events at The Healthy Spot West Hollywood (8525 Santa Moinca Blvd, West Hollywood, 90069) from 11am-3pm. Most every other Sunday, unless we are doing a special event, we are at My Pet Naturally (12001 W. Pico Blvd., West LA 90064) from 10:30a-3pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!!
