Meet Cortez
Cortez is a 7 year old Chihuahua who weighs about 3lbs. Cortez is a sweet dog who is adjusting to his new foster home. He is learning what toys and enjoys being held.
Patience and understanding are key to winning this older gentleman's trust. Cortez, like for too many dogs, had quite the bumpy start in life. Cortez was rescued from a puppy mill bust in our area. Unfortunately, they didn't take very good care of him. He was a breeder dog with little human interaction or love - and without even a name.
