And now a few words from me: Hi! My name is Beans and I am a pretty happy-go-lucky puppy. For being such a young dog I've had a bit of a rough go - people think I must have had long periods of hunger before as I am not very polite when food comes around. I like to play with other dogs and I am working on minding my manners around them when we eat. True to my terrier nature, I'm stubborn but smart, and go, go, go! I'm an adorable puppy and love to snuggle! My housetraining is 90% and I love my walks! I'm learning to walk well on a leash and I'm getting much better. I love people and playing and if you're looking for a handsome puppy like me, I'm your man!

 

And now a few words from my foster mom: True to his name, Beans is full of beans! His history is a bit of a mystery but we know for sure that Beans was not given the care he needed as a puppy. He really struggles to remain calm when food and treats come out. We are curbing his tendency to unleash his excitement onto other dogs and he is getting much better. He arrived without any leash skills and bursting with energy. With a routine, rules, and expectations, any puppy (like Beans) will quickly learn how to be the best dog they can be. He's making a lot of progress. Luckily, Beans is already excellent at snuggling! He is quite the ham and loves everybody he meets.
