"Well, I know many of you wonder how I was doing after first seeing me on the GREAT website. If you will remember, we were dumped in an outlying shelter and rescued by a wonderful GREAT family. Yes, I am saying "we" because it was my four little girls and one boy plus myself who were left in the shelter when they were only about 3 weeks old. I was frantic because I knew our chances were pretty slim but being a Mom, I knew I had to do my best for my babies in case a miracle came along and it did!!! GREAT Rescue!

Well, my babies have all been adopted except one and I'm spayed now (thank goodness), healthy and happy, having recovered from "motherhood" and all it entails and now am ready for my forever home. It's really kind of uncertain what breed I am so it's a guess-maybe Golden, lab, greyhound, etc.-no one really knows for sure but I have the heart of a Golden so that surely must count for something!!

I have been in my foster home for months now and although I love it here, it's time for me to find my forever family so I can settle in and enjoy life to the fullest. Right now, I love playing and wrestling with my foster family's three large dog and I can run and race around their beautiful yard just as fast as they can. I'm a pretty quiet little girl though and truly enjoy being in the house with my foster Mom while she works at her desk. I'm housebroken, don't counter surf, bark or cause any other kind of trouble. I'd be the perfect companion for someone who wants to snuggle and cuddle- that's one of my very favorite things to do!! I do need a privacy fenced yard though so I can run and stretch my legs but yet not wander off where I could get lost.

So here is what you should know about me physically-they think I'm about 1-2 yrs old, have a shorter golden color coat-(that makes me an Honorary Golden) that's in nice condition, am current on all vaccinations, spayed, heartworm negative and have a very gentle, sweet and loving personality. I am very delicate appearing but can run with the "big guys", and have a Golden personality which is loving, sweet and gentle.
