It really is true that blind dogs see with their hearts! Our Gretchen is just full of heart and ready to brighten somebody's life! She is totally blind but once she acclimates herself to her surroundings you would never know it! She does have the tendency to become defensive around other dogs (can you blame her?), so we will not place her in a home with other dogs. She is full of personality and extremely affectionate. She does require Tacrolimus eye drops in both eyes twice daily. We estimate Gretchen to be around 6-7 years of age.
