Trapper is thriving!!! Trapper has progressed to the point that he is in his foster home is able to run and play with his GSP siblings, and even does the stairs. What a turnaround! Better yet, Trapper is completely housetrained, rides well in the car, and is very quiet in his crate. He seems to be around 6. He was already neutered and he just loves people and other dogs, so at some point, someone must have cared for him.
TRAPPER'S STORY: Trapper was found in central Illinois with his rear leg caught in an animal trap. He lost the leg, but he found ISR! Thanks to some very dedicated volunteers, Trapper was saved and received the surgery and rehab. he needed. He took it all in stride. Obviously, he's a very brave boy! We are accepting adoption applications for Trapper, but we plan to be VERY selective about his adoptive home. He has gone through so much, and he deserves nothing but the best. Trapper is such a gentleman...we are pretty much in awe of him and his accomplishments.
