And now, a few words from me:     Hi, my name is Sucre - my foster mom says it's because I'm so sweet. She's always picking me up and hugging and kissing me. I don't mind too much because she lets me sleep with her at night in her big comfy bed.  I like to get right under the covers and worm my way down to her feet.   It's so cozy and warm.   I'm not a big fan of cold so am really hoping for a forever home with a woodstove or a fireplace!  Can you imagine curling up next to that? Heaven :)   I don't know why my last home didn't want me anymore.   They took me to the park and I was so excited.  I tried my best, and I'm always very polite at the dog park so I can't understand what I did wrong and why they tied me to a tree and just left me there.  I was so scared, and cold.  I'm glad someone nice found me. 

And now, a few words from my  foster mom:   Sucre, the world's sweetest dog came into rescue from a shelter in Montreal.  They chose to send him to a foster based rescue because he was a bit stressed in the shelter environment where he ended up after they had found him in a dog park - someone had left him tied to a tree and never came back.    I can't understand why because he's so perfect.  He was obviously well loved at some point in his life.    He answers to anything, he's just so happy and is my little meatball shaped shadow.  Sucre is very gentle and loves to be under a blanket, either on your lap or in bed.  He is very quiet and rarely barks, housetrained, great recall and forms a bond very quickly.   He gets along with everyone in the house but does seem to form a strong attachment to one person.    He would be a great dog for someone who is allowed to bring their dog to work with them since he fits in anywhere. Sucre loves his walks and does very well at the dog park.  Oh, and he LOVES any type of fruit or vegetable (except onions and grapes of course since they are not good for dogs)  He has the cutest smile too!
