A Word From Me.

Hello there world! The SPCA named me "Happy" because that is my nature. I just love life, love everyone and everything. Other four-legged friends make great companions but humans - both children and adults make life even more exciting because I love to play. Don't get me wrong: I am not overly rambunctious but I am just an exuberant and happy little fellow and I thrive on companionship. I am always ready to greet newcomers because I feel that they are friends that I just haven't met before this. I once belonged to a loving family but, somehow, I got lost and ended up in a large place with lots of other dogs. Luckily for me, Brenda of LOYAL Rescue thought that she would try to find a forever home for me so here I am with a wonderful foster family waiting to be chosen by some person/people who will love me and be loved by me forever. Might you be that special home for me? Come on: just look at my smiling face and tell me that you can't resist me. Love Happy (Cooper).

A Word From My Foster Mom.

Happy - or Cooper as I prefer to call him - is a charming happy-go-lucky young pup. He adores everyone and everything and greets all visitors with a welcoming little bark and a tail wag. At times he can be very active while at other times he just loves to snuggle on any lap that invites him to do so.

Happy (Cooper) loves to go for walks and is great on a leash. He also enjoys toys and playing fetch and will usually bring the ball back to the person that throws it. Because he is so well socialized and adjusted, it would appear that he originally belonged to a loving family.

Being a fast learner, Happy is quickly learning that peeing etc. must be done outside.   I don't foresee housetraining as being a problem and we will continue to work on this.

In conclusion: this wonderful little pup will make some deserving family really happy because he will always give back far more than he gets. Because he bonds so quickly, it is imperative that he finds his forever as soon as possible. If you feel that yours is that home, please put in your application right away.
