Shelby Beagle Mix Riverdale, NJ

Shelby is a beagle mix (possibly basset hound) female pup who is approximately 13 weeks old and is as sweet as can be.  She came to her foster home with her sister and brother from VA 3 weeks ago.  Shelby is a special needs pup. She has an irregular heartbeat and a hernia. The hernia can be fixed but not until they get the heartbeat under control. The vet is hoping she will grow out of this condition, but won’t be sure until she gets older. She also cannot be spayed until they are sure she can make it safely through the surgery.  This pup needs a home with a fenced in yard where she can get all her energies out while keeping her safe. If you have love in your heart and a fenced in yard, this may be the pup for you.
