Rupert Black Labrador Retriever Chicago, IL

Woah! Check out the paws on Rupert; talk about a bumbling puppy! Rupert and his brother, Colt, originally found themselves at an open admission shelter where they were at great risk for euthnasia. Upon meeting these goofy guys it was clear what sweet and fun loving boys they were destined to be and that they certainly deserved a chance at the good life!

Now settled into a foster home with two other dogs and three cats, Rupert and Colt are proving what we knew all along; they are both sweet, social, friendly puppies that love life and bring a smile to everyone they meet. Though both friendly, Rupert is the more outgoing and confident of the two. He has been bold enough to get a little bossy with the alpha dog in his foster home but responded very quickly to her correction. Rupert would be a great addition to just about any loving home.

As with all One Tail at a Time dogs, Rupert will be neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. His adoption fee of $200 helps offset our medical costs. However, as part of our current Back in Black promotion, Rupert's adoption fee is reduced to $100 through September 17th.
