Meet Bijou
Bijou definitely belonged to someone. Found as a lonely stray in Bloomsburg we fear his owners left town and left him behind. He can often be found looking longingly out the shelter window and heard crying like he misses someone. Bijou is solid black with big handsome eyes. Bijou likes attention and enjoys being held and enjoys snack time. Bijou is waiting patiently for his forever home with someone who won’t abandon him this time. Are you that person?
